Degustation nights for people who save room for the story
The bucket-list room, the chef’s counter energy, five people who understand why you took a photo of the amuse-bouche. LMTW fine-dining tables are founding now in New York, Los Angeles, Austin, Chicago and Miami — first crews open as they fill. Free for founding members.

The occasion table, without needing an occasion
Everyone has a list of restaurants they’re "saving" — for an anniversary, a promotion, a someone. LMTW’s fine-dining tables exist because the list is the tragedy: six people, matched by generation and appetite for ceremony, at the kind of room that normally needs a reason.
A Captain hosts, the courses land, and the conversation menu is there if the wine pairing doesn’t do its job. Dress code: like you meant it.
How a night runs
- Join free — city, generation, how far up the menu you like to go
- We match six diners — human-reviewed, so the table appreciates the same things
- Vote on the restaurant — the shortlist comes from the club directory, revealed 24 hours before
- Take the table — hosted, first names only, every course an event
- Again, seasonally — circles turn one great night into the crew that tries every new room in five American cities
The rest of the week
50+ activities run across New York, Los Angeles, Austin, Chicago and Miami — the same crew might do a $5 coffee on Tuesday and a degustation on Saturday. That’s the point of the club.
Local flavour: neighbourhood-first — sessions land where members actually live.
Common questions
How much is the dinner itself?
Menus vary by room — the price is always clear before you book, along with the 12-credit get-together cost (about $6 for members). Dietary needs are confirmed with the kitchen days ahead, not hours.
Is this a dating night?
Friends first — romance welcome, never required. Intent is on every seat; nobody guesses.
What if I’m not a "fine dining person"?
Perfect — the table’s designed for the curious, not the fluent. Nobody will quiz you on the amuse-bouche.
Dress code?
Smart — like you meant it. The room sets the tone; the club sets the table.
