Your quiet Tuesday is our sold-out table
Every venue has nights that don’t fill — the Tuesday with four bookings, the Sunday that never gets going. LMTW — Let’s Meet This Week — fills them with hosted tables of six: members vote on the shortlist, the club makes the booking, a trained Captain hosts the table, and the bill settles like any other. Founding partner venues pay nothing.

How a club night lands in your booking diary
No walk-ins, no maybe-crowds, no discount apps that teach people to wait for a deal. A club night is a real booking of six guests who came to talk to each other — and order like it.
- Members vote. Each get-together shortlists a few venues from the club directory, and members vote on where the night lands. Your room wins on merit — food, feel, and your member perk.
- The club books. A real reservation, in the club’s name, confirmed with your team like any other — time, table size, dietary notes.
- A Captain hosts. Every table has a trained club Captain who arrives first, knows the plan, and runs the introductions. Your floor staff just look after a table of six.
- The bill settles like any table. Guests pay for what they order, the night wraps on time, and the room is back to normal by close.
What partner venues get
Partnership is a trade: you give the club a warm table and a member perk, and the club sends you its best nights. Here’s what’s on your side of the ledger:
- Your own public page on letsmeetthisweek.com — photos, perk, and the get-togethers you’ve hosted — indexed, shareable, and linked from every vote your venue appears in.
- Member perk placement. Your perk shows on your listing and in the club app when members vote — often the reason a table chooses you over the place next door.
- A QR table tent for your counter or tables. Every member who joins the club by scanning your code is attributed to your venue — and you see the numbers.
- The Venue studio — your listing, your photos, your numbers. Update the perk, swap the hero shot, and see exactly how many tables the club has sent you.
What we ask in return
Three things, all of which you already do for tables you like:
- A real table for six — booked in the club’s name and ready when the Captain arrives. Not a bar leaner, not a wait-and-see.
- A member perk — something simple and genuine: a glass of something on arrival, dessert on the house, ten percent off the table. Your call, and you can change it any time in the Venue studio.
- Honour confirmed bookings. If a night genuinely can’t work, tell us early and we’ll move the table — members plan their week around these nights.
Register your venue
Two ways in. If your venue is already on the LMTW board — members can already nominate it for get-togethers — claim the listing and we’ll turn it into a partner page. If you’re new to the club, register and we’ll set you up from scratch.
No JavaScript? Email hello@letsmeetthisweek.com with your venue name, suburb and city, and we’ll register you by hand.
Common questions
What does it cost to be a partner venue?
Nothing. Partners never pay to be listed, and while we’re founding, the whole partnership — your page, your perk placement, the QR table tent, the Venue studio — is free. There is no commission on covers and no booking fee passed to you.
Who makes the booking?
The club does. Once members vote your venue onto a night, we make a real reservation in the club’s name and confirm it with your team — time, table size, dietary notes. On the night a trained club Captain hosts the table, and guests settle their own bill like any other booking.
What if we need to cancel or move a booking?
Life happens — a chef down, a private function, a flood in the kitchen. Tell us as early as you can and we’ll move the table to another venue and let the guests know. We hold members to the same standard: every seat carries an attendance bond, so no-shows on your side of the pass are rare.
How does the QR table tent attribution work?
Every partner venue gets a table tent with a unique QR code. When a guest scans it and joins the club, that signup is attributed to your venue — permanently. Your Venue studio shows the signups your tent has brought in alongside the tables the club has sent you, so you can see exactly what the partnership earns.
